It's a five from me. The guy on reception really knows his stuff. I was an apprenticed mechanic many years ago but car design has moved on. The guy on reception really knows his stuff and is extremely knowledgeable about the technology of modern cars. If you go to an Audi main dealer you won't find anyone out front who knows a circlip from a grommet.

Complete scammer took my Audi a3 there wrongly diagnosed it 3times charged me thousands of pounds on parts they put in that were not needed. same problem persisted and they wouldnt refund me they told me they need to change more parts.Took to another garage who diagnosed it and repaired it an also told none of the parts they put in were relevant or needed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

A quick late call into this garage and they took me in as a while you wait service. They were very busy but still turned my car around quickly. Nice, quick, efficient service.

First time caller to this garage. I was extremely impressed with the service received. The faults on the car were explained to me very clearly. I am not a car person so it was useful to have the office manager clearly explain all the items without patronising me. Very impressed !

A+++++ A first time user of this Audi Specialist and I am really happy with the service. My car is a 2017 Audi Q5, and I decided to get them to carry out the 2nd service as they were over £250 cheaper than the main dealer. They have access to the Audi internal digital service schedule and were able to update my service log on line. On speaking to the manager I found out that they have been in business in the same place for over 40 years. The amount of Audi’s I saw inside their immaculate workshops was stunning. There were Q5’s, Q7’s and A3’s all being worked on. I would recommend anyone with an Audi to try them out. The fact that they have all the correct Audi diagnostic machines and access to all the factory equipment on line was a big factor for myself. Keep up the excellent work !!

I took my 2016 Audi S3 in to have the warning lights looked at. An Audi dealer who I wont name tried to charge me £1500! I saved £900.00 on going to this Audi centre on a recommendation from a friend. Excellent choice, I no longer have any annoying warning lights on my dash. Its really good to find a garage that can fix these kinds of problems.

Very good Volkswagen garage in crouch end. My Passat CC required a service and MoT. They also fixed the annoying parking sensors that could not be fixed and my sunroof which was jammed. Great service.

100% professional business. No getting one over because your a woman driver. Just good, efficient, friendly service.
