I was delighted with the service I received at Monks Brook. They were very considerate, accommodating, honest and helpful, avoiding unnecessary costs and coming up with an excellent alternative to replacing a part that would have cost hundreds of pounds. They also managed to come up with a way to fit me in same day, which was important to me as the problem was a barrier to using my car.

I dropped a car off at 8 am on Monday morning. They were clearly very busy with other customers but when I said I would like the car back by 1.30 pm they said they would do what they can. (I told them the next morning would be OK) At 1 pm they phoned to say the car was ready with a new MOT and the annual service carried out.

I've used this garage on many occasions and can't fault them. They do thorough, well-priced servicing and repairs. I find them honest and helpful and they never try and do work that is not required.
