My Octavia has been serviced here for the last 6 years. The staff are always helpful, including finding me a loan car when I turned up unannounced, just before closing time, with a broken coil spring. I've never had any problems with the work they have done and they rarely recommend extra work, so when they say something needs doing, I trust that it really does. Maybe I could find somewhere cheaper, but I think I'm getting good value.
