I have used this garage for more years than I care to remember for both maintenance and purchasing good quality used cars. I have never had cause for complaint. Their work is thorough and always explained in layman's terms beforehand. They never overcharge or do work that is not necessary. They will go out of their way to help you, whether it be actually getting you an appointment or finding a better cost alternative for any parts that may be required. Most of all they are honest. Whole heatedly recommended.

I have been using this company for car servicing and repairs since 1995 after a series of unhappy experiences with other garages. Never once have I had cause for complaint on any aspect of service or price, which is why I am still with them. All work done has been to a high standard, on time and as described beforehand. Service is courteous and explanations are clear, without any technobabble and I have always understood my options with regards to work that was necessary as opposed to work that was advisable. All in all, the very best garage I've used and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Mill Street Motors are my local "Independent Ford Specialist". I bought my Mondeo Titanium X 2.0 tdci in September 2110 after an unaccompanied test drive. The car has been serviced, MOT'ed and repaired to my utter satisfaction since that time. Every time I have been back to Mill Street I have had the same helpful response. A sidelight bulb was replaced with no fuss. A jammed boot lid was released by a mechanic crawling into the the boot from inside the car, there was no charge. A new battery was recently supplied and fitted, within 2 hours,at a price cheaper than the local motoring superstore could supply only.
