I was hugely impressed with the level of personal attention and commitment to getting me on the road. Even when completely booked up they took immediately the vehicle and would get it sorted out as quickly as pissible. An exceptional level of service and customer are clearly valued and they pride themselves in high quality service.

They just do the necessary work at a good price and with no drama.

Sadly I have just moved away from area, but I was recommended this garage when I moved close and never regretted using them. This kind of old world care has long since disappeared from most garages, they never let me down, always contacted before starting any work always offered a cheaper alternative part if appropriate, when I was ill picked up car and dropped it back as part of the service and never overcharged. When Clive retires it will be a sad day as these personal family run garages are few and far between, they also have a bodyshop and take on performance cars which they have a long association with.

I have used Mill House Garage for over 15 years now and would not go anywhere else. They have looked after all the family's cars through thick and thin for all that time. From nearly new cars to the boys first 'bangers' they have never let me down. They are not 'cheap' but not expensive like the franchises are either. Speciality is 4x4s but do all makes that I am aware of as well. The proprietor, Clive Rush, is a 'good ol' Norfolk boy' who is welcoming and as honest a person as I have ever met.
