I had a fault that meant that sometimes the car would not start and sometimes it was ok, i had taken it to several repair facilities who diagnosed everything from a weak battery, a broken earth strap, a worn out starter motor and the ignition switch. The last person (Lee) an auto locksmith recommended Merc Solutions and told me to go there as Tony was always busy. It took Tony less than 10 seconds to recognise the fault, he explained why the car wouldn't always start and gave me a ball park price for the rectification. Because Tony couldn't repair the module, he had to send it to a company in Derby and said it would take approximately 2 weeks True to his word the car was fixed in 2 weeks and the final bill was almost exactly what he estimated I will be using Tony Duffy from now on and am happy to fully recommend his garage. ( in fact I already have!)

I have used Merk Solutions for since they started a couple of years ago and they are a refreshing change from the local main dealers. They are a "one man band " operation but Tony, the owner is ex Mercedes Benz & very knowledgeable. The levels of service & advice I have received have always been excellent, certainly better than the MB service Departments & needless to say pricing is significantly cheaper & very reasonable. I would not hesitate to reccommend Merk Solutions.
