Don’t bother. I called weeks ago to book an appointment and explained that my cars air con wasn’t working. I have had it diagnosed and knew it was not out of gas but needed the dashboard removing to check the electrics of the air con itself. It was confirmed to me over the phone that this was possible. Fast forward to today and I’ve just made a 2 hour round trip for absolutely no reason. Within a minute of parking, one employee unhelpfully told me they’re not able to deal with the type of air con gas my car takes, despite it not being an issue with the gas itself as I previously explained. The worst part is they could have asked me to check this myself at home as it’s easily retrievable information under the bonnet. My car is a 2017 Mercedes - neither new nor old - and the business claims to be a Mercedes specialist… clearly they’re not. Don’t bother trying to reply to this with an empty faux apology. What a completely useless business.

Friendly and efficient service. Cost was well below that of the dealer. I especially appreciated the fact that they didn't try to overcharge me as they told me I could defer a couple things that I thought had to be done already.

Went in for a aircon regas to be told that the car has a major leak and got quoted £800 for the repair and payed £79 for an aircon system check. Asked for a second opinion and it turn out that the system has no leaks but a faulty compressor valve. Total cost of the repair was £35. They lost me as a client and will definitely not service my new merc with them. Shame on you!

Have been sending cars for servicing for nearly 15 years. Always friendly and approachable with excellent customer care. Cars valeted before being returned and always try to provide options for the humblest of cars to the exotic.
