Mercedes-benz Epsom

Last month, when I collected I noticed very fresh scratches on one alloy (the powder from scratch were still there!). The Service Team took photos, said "there are no curbs in the garage, so it cannot be from here". I asked video of my arrival time, they said they'll send it to later. check and let me know later, if it wasn't there when I drop, then they will take responsibility. They called later and said, 'the scratches were there when we dropped'. I asked the video. Nothing received for two weeks, went there, they said 'we'll do it today'. Nothing happed for two weeks. so I contacted the Merc C Service and complained. Then they sent few unclear photos, which does not prove anything! so again requested the video of my drop off. Sent few reminders again but still have not received the promised video yet! Received a CS call yesterday, said "We cannot forward you the video of your drop off, if we are still unhappy with the service received we should contact the Motor Ombudsman! Avoid at any cost - Pathetic Customer Service

I usually take my car to a more local Mercedes garage but they were unable to book me in for 2/3 weeks and was referred to Mercedes Epsom a garage I have never used before. Vehicle booked in 3 days ahead allowing for courtesy car to be provided. Dealt with by 'Vin' who was most helpful. Repairs needed identified that day but one part needed had to be shipped from Germany. Following a call made by Vin to the warranty providers, was old one of the 2 repairs would be covered by my (extended) warranty reducing overall cost. Parts both available a week later and car booked in 2 days ahead plus courtesy car. Went that day, both jobs done and as previously told only had to pay for one of them the other being covered by warranty (excess was paid). From booking through to collection impressed by the helpful staff especially Vin and the efficient way the work needed was dealt with.

I took my GLE for the first service.The service manager Vin did a great a job from booking the vehicle to for a service & servicing the vehicle.The vehicle was washed & the job was completed on time as promised.

Horrible customer service! I went there on 7.3.2015 to test drive the Mercedes Benz GL63 as agreed earlier that day. I met Mr Paul Carpenter. I told him I'm looking to buy 2-3 year old car but don't mind test driving the 1 year old they had at the moment since I would like to familiarise myself with this model. Mr Carpenter told me there is no point of driving this car since it has nothing in common with 2-3 year old model. I told Mr Carpenter that since I've lost my time to come down to Epsom I would like to test drive it since if I like it, I might buy such car in future when the price drops down. Mr Carpenter told me to come when I deside to buy it and wished me a nice day. Haven't felt more humiliated in my life! Will definitely not return to Mercedes Benz Epsom!
