Booked for 20k service only carried out oil change -why because we have monthly service plan and prefer to mislead customers. The only interest is in trying to persuade to change the brakes and tyres. The vehicle passed its MOT days earlier at a reputible garage with a plenty of tread and wear in pads. Returned to garage and provided reading for tyres and pads. Scandalous. Complain yes but no return calls.
