They had a lot of young guys in the garage, they looked like work experience kids. They changed brake discs and pads all-round my BMW. One of the kids left the locking wheel nut on the car.. Eventually he found it a few streets away. I think they used quite cheap brakes and pads.

Timing belt kit and water pump replaced by them which failed after 13k miles on a v6 Audi. As the work was done over 12 months ago they are unwilling ro accept any kind of responsibility for the failure. The engine is destroyed and they are having nothing to do with it. Not the service you would expect from a company that calls themselves German car specialists.

Replaced brakes on E60 BMW, excellent customer service and competitive price compared to the local franchised BMW dealer whose quotation for similar work was double.
