Purchased a vehicle in August 2020, £15750 on a 7 series. The car has been off the road since October, I haven't seen it since. Car has substantial water leak and electrical issues, not fit for purpose - 5 months on I am no closer to ending this nightmare. The dealer will not communicate nor ' do the right thing'. I am in the process of a court claim so I can get this resolved, despite trying to resolve it. This has been the worst retail experience I have ever had.

I booked my car in for what needed front brake pads and possible disks to be replaced. I was quoted between £70 and £150 depending on the job which needed doing. They then proceded to take off my back wheels and check, and clean my back brakes without asking and charging me an extra £40 plus vat. My normal mechanic would have charged me £125. I am really sorry but this place was recommended by someone I know but I can assure you that I will be never returning here to either buy a vehicle of have one repaired. it would have been less expensive taking the car to my dealer.

I took in my iQ 2009 plate for a full service as it was nearing 82000 miles and Toyota recommend a full service at 80000. Since I have only owned the car since July 2015, I wasn't sure what type of service had been done (I was still waiting for the V5C papers to come back from the DVLA). Jackie and Neil (Owners) are lively, honest and very friendly and the other staff including Barry are great to talk to and will tell you how they see it. They have done work on my partners Renault Megane and also gave help for free when it died and also opened up on a Sunday for an auto-electrician to check the electrics and ECU. They have done a lot of work for us on our other motors (Mazda 323f 2.0, 207 and motorhome). We trust Maghull Garages Ltd and wouldn't go else where.
