I purchased 4 new tyres for my car from LTC shortly before Christmas, at an extremely competetive price, bought on line then fitted at their premises at a convenient time. Last month I noticed that one had developed a slow puncture. I called LTC who said I could drop down with the car there and then, they removed the wheel and discovered a very large piece of copper tubing had pierced the tyre. They repaired the puncture there and then, as good as new, and would not accept any payment saying "you've just been unlucky mate". They now have a loyal customer recommending them to all his family and friends.
