The AC failed under warranty . I took it in the afternoon before it was due to be repaired. But they didnt touch it until 2.30 the following day. I was advised after 4 that the damage wasn't covered by the warranty but was a stone impact damage to the AC radiator I asked to see a photograph. I didn't receive one because i was told that the camera couldn't see the damage through the front grill. I suggested that no damage could be done to the rad without damage to the grill which it didn't have. They ignored me. The following day i called them at 11 am. They had not reviewed my argument but had the part in stock. I asked when they could do it if we could agree on cost as i still held that this was under warranty. They said they would get back to me as they were very busy but that the cost would be around £450.00. Its now the 4th day and i have yet to hear from them. In effect they are holding me to ransom. If i get it repaired elsewhere it will cost below £400.00 but i loose warranty on all of the cooling system. A disgraceful way to treat a loyal customer on his 4th Vauxhall Car. A total spend of nearly 70k plus servicing and repairs. It will be my last after this

Took car with faulty battery in to this garage for testing. The battery was a genuine battery when the car was taken in and it was hoped the battery would be replaced with another genuine one as it was still in warranty. Instead the garage said the battery was fine and just needed charging. A few days later the car wouldn't start so a new battery was bought and fitted. Upon fitting the new battery it was found that the current battery in the car was not the genuine battery than had been taken into this garage. They had swapped it for a very old battery which was not genuine, obviously hoping we wouldn't notice. This now means we cannot get the money back on the warranty as we have no genuine battery to send back. Absolutely disgusting that they could do that especially as they are a main dealer. Will never use again and warn everyone that this garage is dodgy.
