Alain, Harry, Sue and co run a first-rate Mercedes-Benz/BMW specialist outfit; have been using them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are all totally-committed professionals through and through, who refuse on point of principle and pride in their organization to let a bad car exit the works. There is nothing about either marque they don't know or are incapable of sorting out.
