These guys were amazing. Got our van in for repairs within 2 days. They actually gave the vehicle a good check over and listed things to look at in the future. They drove the vehicle to another garage for retest. Cant thank them enough for their work. Apologies for the wheelnuts being a pain. Would highly recommend these guys.

IN 20 YEARS DEALING WITH VARIOUS GARAGES THIS IS FAR THE WORST I'VE EVER USED. xx AT THE LOUGHBOROUGH BRANCH HAD MY CAR IN FOR A TURBO FAULT FOR OVER A MONTH! EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE.. MY TURBO WAS SENT OFF TO A COMPANY TO BE REPAIRED AND ON ARRIVAL IT WAS DAMAGED AND UNREPAIRABLE DUE TO THEM JUST PUTTING A £3000 TURBO UNIT IN A BOX WITH NO PACKAGING. IT WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO PACK IT CORRECTLY. I HAVE SINCE RAISED THIS MATTER WITH xx AT LEICESTER AND HE SAID ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM. THERE NOT A PACKAGING COMPANY. IM A PAYING CUSTOMER AND EXPECT A LEVEL OF SERVICE. THEY HAVE A DUTY OF CARE TO SEND MY PART CORRECTLY. I WISHED I HAD LOOKED AT THERE 1 STAR REVIEWS. LESSON LEARNED.

"Reliable and good value service"

I own a 12 year old VW Passat 2.0 petrol. The nearside electric window stopped working and I took it to the Lion Garage, Loughborough. This was my third visit to the Lion Garage. The garage owner-mechanic warned in advance that if the regulator motor had failed it would be £178 to replace. In the event he diagnosed a minor missing part instead. He ordered the £1 part and fitted it for free. The window failed again a few days later and I took it back to the Lion Garage yesterday as the mechanic had said to call in at my convenience. The original repair had not failed and the mechanic offered to investigate the problem straightaway. He had to completely remove the interior panel of the door to replace another minor part and this took more than half an hour. Again, this work was carried out at no charge. An exemplary service.
