Exactly the kind of service you would expect from Lexus. Fast, thorough and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable, and complimentary refreshments were offered. Was nice to take a wander around the lot and view other models to inform us prior to our next purchase. The service was a bit pricey, but considering the warranty is extended by a year for each service until 10Y or 100k miles, it was fair. bumped into the salesman, Gordon, who sold us the car in August 2024 and he remembered us and the vehicle. Very positive experience for the wife and myself.
