bit of a long story this one...I took my car there last week for rear knocking noises... also front bottom ball joint noise. I mentioned this to the receptionist... I got a call approx 30mins later saying it's been test driven and they found the cause... I said go ahead with it as I thought with the front ball joint being done would of sorted the noise on the front of the vehicle...they told me a price I agreed... I then called to say could I collect the next day , when I did collect it was over £100 more then the price I was told... apparently th3y had to do tracking so it bumped the price up, never got a call to ask if wanted them to go ahead! they just done it... fitted front bushes instead of BALL JOINT! also fitted rear trailing arm bushes...the car still has all the same knocks and noises... I went there in person the following day and see two blokes who were rude to me and they did nothing to rectify the problem so that's why I have had to leave negative review... i did try to sort before this but as a customer I cant help but feel ripped off!!! stay clear of this place!!! If you google this garage you will see the NEGATIVITY!!! So pissed off my cars still fucked exactly the same as went it went to them!!!!

Would be 0 if it was possible. Would not recommend and would advise anyone that does take their car there to check if they have actually done anything! Booked an A service meaning a full service and asked for brakes to be checked as high pitched squeel when braking. Called to tell me car was ready and told nothing wrong with brakes as 'there brand new' told them they had been on for 2 years as they fit them please check properly. Said they would take for a test drive (why wasn't this done already?) called me back a few hours later and advised it was ready to pick up. Got there earlier than I said I would on the phone as they said they shut at half 4 when Google says 5. I turn up and they are taking it for 'a test drive' (2 people with a jump pack) 1 came back (meaning they used my car as a run around). He got back and said they might have something stuck in them just drive it off. (Firstly if you removed the brakes during your check when you said they were "brand new" this would be gone surely!) Secondly I asked if they checked them during the service which I was when I was advised they just changed the oil and it was booked for a B/minor service. Looking at paperwork only oil and filter and plug was changed. In what world do you only change oil during any service look online at what an actual B/minor/2 - check lights, exhaust, brakes, , fluids and possibly belts and change air&pollen filter Can confirm non of this was done and no health check sheet provided.

I took my campervan for two batteries to be replaced and one of them is quite difficult to access under the rotating driver's seat. All of this only took one hour and was completed the same day as I phoned to book. A fault was later discovered which was nothing to do with this installation, but the van was taken back for this to be successfully repaired that afternoon while we waited. Old school service, brilliant.

Excellent and quick work with honest advice. I've been going for years and have had a lot of work done at my cars at very affordable prices. They are always happy to give free advice and if the problem can;t be fixed they say so.

very good all round garage, the receptionist is really top drawer, what she doesn't know about repair times is not worth knowing, trust me.
