I recently changed my battery as old one was duff and since I changed it started getting engine management light on etc. As my car is start stop etc and as with a lot of modern cars there can be a procceedue with changing batteries etc as the ecu etc can be messed up. My car ended up in limp mode and nothing I could do would sort it so I contacted these guys who had an initial look and diagnosed some issues, tried to rese faults and said see how it goes, let us know if no change. They didn't charge me for this which I thought was very decent. Problems didn't go away so went back in yesterday at 1.30pm and had a call at lunchtime today to say all sorted and cost was £70. I was totally relieved and very pleased with the quick turnaround as I knew they are very busy. We go away on Monday so getting car sorted was a big must and these guys are the reason that this was achieved. Top marks boys!!

I had a major electrical fault on the car so took it straight to Ramsey Hill. They had a look to make sure fuses etc were all ok at no cost to me. They explained that they had come across this fault before and that it had to be carried out by a main dealer. They could have charged me £60.00 to put it on their analyser and then told me that but instead charged me absolutely nothing. Great people with a desire to find solutions for their customers.

They took my car in at very short notice as I had forgotten to renew my MOT. They had no bookings for nearly 2 weeks but offered to take it in and they would carry out the test whenever they could squeeze it in. 24 hours later it was all done and ready to go. They always have a genuine desire to help the customer and will go out of their way to find solutions. They stand head and shoulders above most main dealers I have dealt with over the years.

The engine coolant temp rose and triggered the overheat warning. I checked the rad and found it empty. I refilled and checked the next morning. Three pints of water added. Took my car for a check and although all bookings for the day were filled they fitted my car into their tight schedule and discovered the problem. Spares were ordered from europe and fitted on arrival. This garage is clea, tidy and completes all work to a high standard. They get my vote as a great garage.

MOT full service booked in advance took car to garage and I was taken home carried out work quickly then collected me from my home back to garage my invoice ready with full explanation of work carried out price of work carried out very reasonable.
