Have used this garage over several Years an also recommend it to family & friend, Sad to say over the last two Years customer service has declined Badly, staff rude in person & on phone Communication, On my most recent Visit was quoted for work that was not Necessary which was several hundred Pounds, Also had a second opinion on This quote only to find the job quoted Not have resolved the problem at all, Will no longer use this garage regretfully.

I've recently moved but have used this garage for over 2yrs while working in the area. They have carried out repairs and servicing of my 2002 VW Sharan. All work has been carried out meticulously, never been more than quoted and always been just what has been diagnosed, no unexpected additions. Just before we moved I picked up a nail in one of my brand new rear tyres. My wife needed the car for the evening run with the children to Cubs, so I called in on the off chance they could do something. Without issue, the Manager pulled a mechanic off a job, assessed the tyre and had a repair carried out in time to put me back on the road within 30 minutes. Nothing unusual there except the charge for this £10! so I added a further £10 to their Children's charity pot which sits on the counter. Kipling's, thank you for good honest service - we miss you already!
