Been using this garage for numerous years for all my family vehicles. Only once my wife used another garage bcos Kinghams were unable to fit us in and we vowed never to make that mistake again. Staff are informative, helpful, proffessional, friendly, respectful and their rates although not the cheapest are very competetive. Have recommended them to friends who have also been more than satisfied.

I have been using Kinghams for over 10 years after a succession of small garages and main dealers who I never felt were considering my needs as a customer. Invariably things were done for the benefit of the garage including charging me extortionate fees for work that was either not done or not done well. This garage is the place you really hope you can find one day and have your faith in customer care and good service restored. I have been very loyal to them and have never felt that I have been charged for work that was not done and in some cases work was done that I was not charged for - such as minor adjustments on an ad-hoc basis. I'm not suggesting that they do that for everyone, but I'm not a special customer and I don't take liberties either. I have frequently recommended them to friends and had thanks from them for suggesting they try the garage out.
