As usual Simon went out of his way to find me a replacement tyre which was fitted speedily and at a third less than the price quoted by VW.

Awkward repair needing part from Honda. Once that arrived, quick repair, no fuss and very reasonable.

I booked my car in for a full service, cam belt and tyre change. Simon (the owner) checked his records, and rang me to tell me he had checked his records his records, and as the cam belt had been changed in 2019, it did not need changing again. I had completely forgotten this. The rest of the work was done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. I have used this garage for many years now, and have never been disappointed.

I’ve used this garage for years for my family’s cars. Always honest and trustworthy. Nothing is too much of a problem for these guys. Keep up the good work lads.

I have been with King Brothers for nearly ten years and would trust them implicitly. I have never had work suggested which I felt did not need carrying out, they always ask before undertaking a repair and they are organised and efficient. Simon, the owner, is personable and helpful. I have always been able to get a booking near the time I needed one.

Had 8 year service at 68500 miles yesterday. Returned after similarly good service last year. Simon King reviewed service findings and advised in detail what had been done. MOT done at same time, one advisory. Good job done to time at sensible price, what more can you ask.

We have been turning to Simon (& his brother, Ian previously) for servicing and MOT regularly for our three vehicles for about 15 years now and never hesitated to recommend King Brothers to all our friends. Honesty,Reliability & Excellence come at reasonable costs unlike any other garage including main dealers in the area! As an established family run business,they don't need to advertise their services,it just comes by word of mouth. We have had awful garage service experiences elsewhere like many motorists. At King Brothers,we place our complete faith in the full knowledge that we would never be cheated in quality or price! Our daughter's,Honda was "diagnosed" as requiring some £450 worth of essential repairs by the main dealer a few months back only to find it needed just some minor attention at King Brothers which cost her £37.00! Also,one need not worry if you are clueless about mechanics,there is honesty all the way, whether you are new to King Brothers!

King Bothers were recommended some years ago by a friend. I have never had any regrets in using them ever since.

I took my car in for some minor repair work which plenty of garages these days would just not want to do. This is a good old traditional family run business which excels at customer service..and with a smile :-) I will definitely use them again in the future as they really appreciated my custom. Simon, the owner, is always extremely helpful and gives a lot of time for his customers. Him and his team are versatile with any job in hand. Honest and cheap pricing. When they tell me a time they're going to look at/work on my car, I don't have to phone King Brothers towards the end of the day asking them what the status is... They phone me, normally earlier then they say they'll look at the car, letting me know what's wrong/needs to be done. All in all, definitely deserves to be a top 10 garage!

I have used King Bros a few times over the last few years and have been really happy every time. Always exceeds expectations. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have been using King Bros since needing a recon engine which must be pretty much the 30+ years they've been going, when they were in a shed at the bottom of a field, and they've NEVER let me down. Despite moving further away (too far for them to collect the car now), I still go to them for servicing and MOTs, and occasionally tyres. Not always the quickest when you're waiting but then they're thorough. It's about time they got a coffee machine installed (haha), and perhaps they're a touch more expensive than others, but for the peace of mind knowing they will never attempt to rip you off, you can just leave them to get on with it and not do any unnecessary work - it's DEFINITELY worth it. Unreservedly recommend them - as a single female I don't say that lightly !

Have used King Bros for a number of years on and off for MOTs, servicing and basic mechanical repairs. Simon is very pleasant, accomodating and helpful with advice. Ian...well let's just say customer service may not be his strongest point but in any case it's usually Simon who's your point of contact. It's a basic workshop and I think their diagnostic gear is limited (for Vauxhall at any rate) and with anything complex, say turbos, they may not be able to help. But, for servicing and MOTs I have found them to be honest and reliable and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been using this garage for over 10 years for MOT and servicing following a recommendatiion from a friend. I have at all times had excellent service from them. Having bought a new car last year I am stuck with the dealer for three years , but I shall return to them as soon as possible

I've Used the King brothers on and off now for some years, mainly for MOT and some servicing. Always helpful and reliable - Good value for money and wont invent faults.. Definitely worth a try in my book
