"Incompetent -avoid at all costs!"

John Grose Ford are notoriously incompetent. For example, when I made a claim against the anti-perforation warranty, they claimed that Ford had turned down the claim. However, it fact they never passed on the claim to Ford as they had lost the photographs that they had taken of the corrosion!
