I was recommended this garage by my towbar company after my sensors had all died overnight I had already been to my usual garage but they didn’t know and blamed the towbar company i then took it to the towbar company who said it needed a decent garage and recommended these guys a few hrs later after no sensors for 4 weeks and an annoying noise i now have car back to how it was I absolutely will be seeing u again

Avoid this garage. They quoted a price for a job, once accepted and carried out the price rose from the agreed £1,000 to £1,600 with no warning. When contested John was very rude, accused me of lying, and said I agreed to the price. I was left no choice but to pay them in order to get my car back. I would not go back to this garage.

Purchased a BMW 525d which almost immediately reported a DPF fault. Spoke to John and arranged to take it in for diagnosis and an oil filter service. As suspected when I spoke to them, the issue was caused by the car not getting up to temperature and thus unable to clean the DPF. Solution was to change the oil and water thermostats and the exhaust back press sensor which were all faulty. They them performed a Terraclean. They communicated what the issue was and obtained permission to proceed with the repair, one of the sensors was not available locally so the vehicle was kept overnight. Looking back at the history of the vehicle this had been a persistent issue for at least 2 years and the previous (supposed) specialist had just forced a regeneration rather than finding out the cause of the underlying issue. Very happy with the standard of work and the communication. I fully recommend this garage for any BMW owner, they have all the necessary specialist equipment and the knowledge to look after your vehicle and keep it in tip top condition
