If you take things in life for granted, then go there and you will enjoy free coffee and occasional car wash, after spent excessive amounts of money on non-original parts and faults that did not exist. I forgot them like a bad dream because 1/they said my water?? ?pump needs replaced - water pump replacement? was Chinese, now my temp gauge 2/3 instead of 1/2, they say it is normal for Impreza WRX, nonsense, see the manual for yourself; 2/they start troubleshooting one minor fault, and it will end up replacing half the car with the new but Chinese parts until they fully resolve the matter, still, you will pay for all. When I switched the garages things have much changed for the good since and bills are back to sensible. I heard many AA patrols say the same things about Jem after I tell them my story why I switched from Jem?Subaru. Good luck wasting your time and money with Jem Subaru? or find an old good garage by friends' personal recommendations.?

I originally went to Jem because I have a Subaru and they were a Subaru dealer. They are no longer a dealer but are an official Subaru repairer - but I would go to them whatever car I had. Most years the car passes the MOT with no problems, at the last MOT and service they provided a written report of upcoming issues that didn't need fixing just yet and discussed with me when they might become essential, bearing my mileage in mind, which I thought very helpful. Everything is kept on computer, so when Subaru recently issued a safety recall they were able to tell me that it was a repeat of a safety recall some years previously and I had brought the car in for the required check at the time.

quoted 460,as soon as they had the car the price went up.refused the repairs but was told i had to pay labour to get the car back reluctantly agreed the extortionate cost. 3 days later instead of 1 picked up the car and it broke down straight away was told it needed another 450 pounds.i refused and here we are 699 pounds down and a car unrepaired....read the reviews and learn from my mistake...do not use this garage...

Charged me more than the main dealer for fitting non genuine parts and created a fault they would not admit to. Terrible front of house, arrogant. Use a main dealer, you'll be charged less and treated so much better.
