IVC (Independent VW Audi Centre)

Took my Octavia here on recommendation of my normal garage who was too busy to deal with my problem. So glad I did. Problem was repaired quickly and much less expensive that the main dealer. Will certainly use them again.

I’ve taken my car (Audi) here twice now, prices are considerably cheaper than Audi main dealer but rest assured these guys are very professional and the customer service is 1st class. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very honest, I’ve rung them and picked their brains a few times too and they are more than happy to explain things over the phone without any bull.... I’ll never take mine anywhere else and would highly recommend these guys to everyone

Before I moved out of the Leeds area, I used IVC for many years for VW's I owned. Knowledgeable, reasonably priced and streets ahead of all the local VW dealers in terms of confidence and honesty. These guys know their stuff!

After recently getting my car serviced at a VW dealership they identified an intermittent fault and quoted £960 to repair it, I decide to shop around and came across IVC , after speaking on the phone to IVC I soon realised this was a good garage, the guy who I spoke to was extremely helpful, the customer service at this garage is excellent , they fitted me in on the same day and rang back with a quote £600 cheaper than VW dealership the next day the car was fixed and received a text to confirm this. I shall be taking my car to this garage from now on and cannot recommend it enough.
