after being quoted £5k for a roof repair which Renault misdiagnosed took it as i usually do to IPB and it was found to be a broken wire! needless to say it never cost me the £5,000.00 renault wanted! Been using IPB for about 8 years now and have my car serviced and mot'd and any other mechanical faults always done with a smile. An absolute pleasure to deal with Ian and his team from the minute you walk in - a service i have never gotten from a main dealer! The very best garage in town! and i can't recommend them highly enough
