Independent Garage Services (IGS), Eastleigh, Hampshire

I found this garage on the TT forums as I had an 02-plate TT at the time. I've used them twice in the last 6 months, first time to fix a electric window and then to fix an anti-roll bar a month ago Both times they were very friendly and helpful and honest. The first time they were able to get the window free and only charge me labour, and the second time they quoted me for the work and discovered that only part of the work needed to be done - it's the only time ever a garage has charge me less than they quoted. In addition to that, the owner (Jim Price) always seem to be happy to answer any questions or give advice whilst sat in the waiting room. They are supposed to be a VW specialist, but they will do mechanical repair on most cars.
