Hylands Garage

Please don't buy a vehicle from this garage. I bought my van 12 months ago, after the first month there was a clicking noise... maybe a stone in the wheel I was told, I even have the tx message!!! Turns out there wasn't a stone in the wheel, it needed a new steering rack. They "replaced" the steering rack under the really handy 3 month warranty, turns out they didn't bother replacing it and less than 6 months later here we are again, I need a new steering rack because it was never replaced. They have given me excuse after excuse for not being able to find the paperwork to show the receipt for the steering rack even though all paperwork must be kept which they do, but this bit of particular paper work can't be found. They have called two other independent garages liars because yes I have taken the van to be checked by 2 garages and they have both confirmed that the work has never taken place... who would you believe So not only did they sell a defective vehicle, they lied about fixing the vehicle. So I hope if your reading this that you change your mind and buy another vehicle from a good honest company not the terrible, dishonest people who run this company.
