I have been using this garage for a number of years now and they have always made sure my car is in tip top condition. Most recently, a newly purchased car had a clutch plate disintegrate. They took the car in, diagnosed and replaced the part the same day and had me back on the road to work in the morning. They knew it was under warranty and had the discussion with RAC (who were bloody useless as it goes) and the end cost was far lower than I expected. She will be back for her MOT with them soon and I trust them to do whatever work is necessary.

Hound Green have looked after all my cars from Fords to Mercedes to BMW. They are friendly, helpful and trustworthy. They keep me informed about the work required every step of the way.

I've used Hound Green Garage for many years. Some how I always end up better off by using this garage.

I have been using this garage for 15 years or so and most of the staff remain the same as day 1. I think this speaks volumes. Throughout my time in using them they have been fair, reliable, flexible in dealing with unexpected issues and just excellent overall. They provide excellent value for money and look to minimise cost. I recommended them to a friend a few years back who now drives 15 miles to service his car there, albeit he has several garages much more local to him.
