Hitchin Audi

As the second owner, I purchased a twelve month old Audi A4 version B9 2.0 TFSI from this garage last April They are part of the Jardine group and the car had been owned by this group (in Shrewesbury) since new. The car was immaculately presented and despite being listed as an SE, was fitted with almost all options including front and Rear Cameras, Virtual Cockpit, Sat Navigation, Driver Presence and Matrix Headlights. After a few weeks I asked why Google Earth could not be accessed in addition to Google Maps on the Sat Nav, as I was led to believe this should have been available for 3 years from new. This was immediately investigated and this missing function was enabled. Although I gather they had some difficulty, as most Audi owners have to buy a SIM in addition to that embedded in the MMI. The car was given an oil change at the recommended time and has driven perfectly until I noticed that the Matrix Headlamps appeared not to be operating as described. In response to a phone call, the car was collected from my home, I was offered an alternative vehicle, which I declined, and was told the car would be returned the next day if the fault was rectified. The whole system was tested, and the car returned the following morning, with a second member of staff following to return the delivery driver. My dealings with this garage have all been exceptional and most without any charge at all. Yes, the car is still under warranty, but many garages in my experience try to pretend that the warranty only covers some minor items. Not Hitchin Audi who have given me outstanding service, even on a used vehicle
