I own a Kia so I have to have it serviced by Kia (I know I can go elsewhere but that risks non specific parts etc) and anyway I needed to have some work done under warranty, The reversing camera had blurred. It was replaced without a single question and now works perfectly. The service was 120 for a 20k service. Free tea and cake whilst I waited, TV and newspapers available.
