I booked my car in for a simple diagnostics test for a set price. Received the bill for double the price quoted and when asked, they did extra tests without bothering to ask my permission first. Lady on her own, room full of men, getting ripped off by yet another male run mechanics abusing their positions. Sent polite email requesting refund of over payment and got no response whatsoever. I won't use this place again especially as this was right before christmas and with 4 children to pay for, I could've done without this extra cost.

I have used Hallmark for several years for servicing my MINI and BMW. They have BMW qualified mechanics (that you can actually get to talk to), with MOT testing for cars and bikes too. They provide an excellent service at a reasonable price, considerably lower than the local BMW dealership and many of the other local independents (for me it is well worth making a 25 mile round trip). The owner Mark, is a friendly, helpful guy and gets the job done quickly too. I recommend Hallmark without hesitation.
