VERY RUDE DISMISSIVE, JUST WANT TO SELL

Horrible Horrible Horrible? stay away from halfrauds they try cheat you. Been to the Harrow branch. Terrible management and staff.

We had booked an appointment for an MOT for 8/9/2023. We dropped the car off and came back home, to receive a call from them to collect the car back as there MOT machine was apparently not working. They didn't have the decency to notify us about this in the morning. The staff confirmed they knew the machine was not working early in the morning and they still didn't bother to notify customers. What a waste of time and the hassle to collect the car back on a working day and find another MOT place. On top of that, the staff is extremely rude, have a bad attitude and do not even stop to listen to the customer. I spoke to someone called Richard who was extremely disrespectful, screamed at me and was of no help at all. He refused to hear a word and had the most impolite attitude! When asked for his manager, he said speak to Penny who is the branch manager next week. I asked his name again to confirm and the second time he paused before telling me his name was Steve! Rude and a Liar! What a bad experience!

I visited this garage for my Citroen c4 2012 1560cc, for the following issue: engine fault, repair needed and service light on. 2 hours later I received a call saying that nothing is wrong with my car and it was ready for collection. 2 days later driving on the motorway and car struggles above 50 mph. The same message appears on the screen. When I called back I was told that they don't have a motorway near their premises and that's why the car wasn't tested there. Basically, I was charged £ 45 to waste my time. Good stuff folks, keep up the good business and you won't last a year.
