Snows Peugeot Basingstoke

I had my company Ford Focus diesel serviced there, their front desk attitude is that they are doing you a favour if they can be bothered to stop their own conversation. Next time it was serviced they collected it then rang to say our company did not have a service contract with them and would be returning it. I said that I would seek clarification from Agility and before i had finished my discussion my car was back. They then continued to request to service my car? Based on their customer service and very poor attitude I made sure when my car was up for replacement it was not a Ford, not that product was bad it was the service that you don't get get from their network of agents. Toyota knock spots off them as do Peugeot. Henry would be seriously un-happy.
