Dropped my car off at 8am for service and mot, car was completed later in the day, a couple of bulbs replaced for the mot. Car was valeted inside and out to a good standard. This is one delighted customer.

My vehicle broke down earlier this year and required very expensive remedial works. The team at GMC were fantastic throughout and kept me well informed. A further unrelated fault occurred this week and GMC were my first port of call. I dropped the car off for diagnosis and repair. I’ve had the bill through today and noted that they’ve waivered the labour charges. You rarely come across such honest garages as this! Thanks to Phil, Mark and the team.

My wifes car was collected on time, they emailed me an estimate of all the work required, the work was carried out within the day and the car was washed, cleaned and delivered home in the early evening. The invoice was exactly as estimated and the car looked amazing. I got the impression from talking to the office that my custom was appreciated and I will be using and recommending this garage in the future.

The German Motor Company sets out on its website that it is 15-30% cheaper than the BMW dealers. We took our car in for a new rear air suspension unit. The quote for the work was £648 (incl VAT). However the quote for the same work from BMW was £510 (incl VAT). The cost of the parts were identical at £363.72 (incl VAT). However the labour cost at BMW was only £146 (incl VAT) compared to £284 (incl VAT) at the German Motor Company. i.e in total there were 30% more expensive. We will stick with BMW going forward as they are cheaper and better.

I arrived when the garage opened at 7.45am, greeted by a friendly team of staff in the Reception. My details and instructions were taken and I left for work a few minutes later - 10 minute walk to Southfields Underground. I received an estimate by email about 2hours later clearly explaining what the service and some minor mot repairs were going to cost. I called the garage, told them to carry on and later in the afternoon received a detailed invoice by email asking me to call them. I called and made payment and they delivered my car back to my home, parked it on the drive and posted the keys and paperwork through my door. When I arrived home the car was gleaming and the interior spotless. This is one amazing garage offering a very professional service. Not the cheapest in the area - but you get what you pay for!
