Fred Coupe Nissan, Preston

Fred Coupe is a very well run, honest and competent garage. They are without question, the best dealership I've ever encountered. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends or colleagues with absolute confidence that their experience would be as good as mine. I take particular reference to Brian Carter, the service manager, who is excellent as the face of the service department. Also, special thanks to the guys on the service desk-Mark Johnson and Duncan Smith, who have been very helpful and do a great job too! Their knowledge, expertise and determination to do their very best gave us complete confidence that our car was in very good hands. The work is always carried out to a very high standard, using genuine Nissan parts, all at a very reasonable, pre-determined cost. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always polite, cheerful and superb in every respect. We were even reminded when our MOT was due, which was really useful and the appointment system worked very efficiently. I can't praise this garage highly enough and have recently purchased a new Nissan X Trail on the strength of the superb service I've received in the past, and no doubt will receive in the future. Their customer service, expertise and attention to detail are second to none and I’m sure they’re not short of satisfied customers just like me.

They listenned to my description of the problem, suggested that the likely problem was the diesel fuel filter. They made an appointment and did the job while I waited, charging only 1/2 hour labour. Now all is well - I am very satisfied.
