Latest visit for first service and to update software.The car was with them for 8 hours with many phone calls to find out when the car would be ready. On arrival told the service was complete and software update complete to rectify fault coming up. As soon as I went in the car same fault coming up on dashboard. Told would have to rebook for another visit as was to late in the day to look at the problem. When we questioned why they had the car all day to do a first service we were told “oh it a first come first served basis “ we explained that we were the fist people in that morning and booked car 3 months in advance and at that point told we could have the “first slot “as no other booking that day. The reply to that was “I don’t know who told you that” in a very annoyed manner. Ps .Still waiting on them contacting me with a date to pick up a spare wheel kit ordered when I picked up my new car complete with scratches from the showroom a year ago.

Unable to recommend Flear and Thomson Kia Dunfermline based on my experience. I dealt with Barrie and Kevin and have been left extremely disappointed. I purchased 1 vehicle from this garage, there will not be a second.

Our KIA Ceed has needed several jobs in 7 years of ownership (all done under warranty) and in each case F&T undertook the work without any pressure to do so. In fact, they picked up on some issues I was not aware of and suggested that they needed attention e.g. a gear box oil seal-a big job. They are quick, efficient and friendly too. The work has always been carried out when they said it would be, and up to a high standard. I consider myself lucky to have bought my car from this dealership as I can't fault their quality of customer service.
