Went to the garage the battery in the brand new car was flat, and it went downhill from there

This dealership really struggles to return phone calls and I found I wasted a day and a half waiting for a call back that never came even though I called them 4 times. Once I did speak to someone I was given the wrong information and unwilling to help, i feel, If your not willing to spend thousands they're not interested. I've been a customer of there's in the past but never again. If your after bad customer service and wrong information this is the dealership for you.

Visited to look at cars last year and have since got a lot of communications I just don't want. I've repeatedly told them to stop on 'phone and email and even tried talking to the dealership General Manager who couldn't be bothered to respond to me. Still awaiting a response on the email lists/telephone lists and confirmation that my details have been removed. End result? Not impressed and won't be using them.
