Eurodiesel, Chorley

BUYER BEWARE!!! I had previous used Euro Diesel for an engine repair and left a positive review. I retuned to have an annual service and was told I urgently needed 2 new front tyres, rear brake pads, rear brake discs, and brake fluid replaced - the quote was several hundreds of pounds in addition to the £242 bill. I thought it was odd as I recently had the rear brakes replaced. Thankfully, I checked with 2 another local garages, both confirming it was only the brake pads that needed replacing. (a much more palatable £94). I called EuroDiesel to politely provide feedback, Niaomi was understanding but she insisted the manager to speak to me - he came on the phone and disputed everything and proceeded to call me a K**B and hung up on me. Euro Diesel has lost my trust! A very unpleasant experience and I won't be back. N.B. This garage is no longer in the Good Garage Scheme.

My car was with them a few weeks for a number of repairs. Their phone manner was poor, I found them unfriendly and unhelpful. The work completed seemed ok, but the customer experience took away from the results. I would not recommend on this basis.

I have had good work carried out here for a number of years. It is run the way I would run a garage. Very competent with diesel vehicles and their inherent problems. They always give good advise and I rate their opinion highly

Have been using this garage now for several years. I have never felt that I have been overcharged. I have always had good honest advice and very helpful service. One of the few gagrages I feel I have been able to trust
