Elmside Garage

Terrible customer service, awful. Faulty rubbish parts used and wouldn't give a refund even after testing the part in front of me. Why oh why...? Also extremely rude when i had to make a second request for the refund - trying everything to avoid. Their mechanic is good, though its unfortunate he works for such a bad business.

I had my car in this garage few times and they charged me a lot of money for work that I just recently found out was not even done. Very angry and disappointed. Avoid!!

I've taken my Fabia for annual MOTs and services since I bought it from Elmside in 2005. I have found the folk here to be honest and reliable, their service costs most reasonable, and always very pleasant to deal with. The car suffered an expensive out-of-warranty glitch a couple of years back, which Elmside persuaded the manufacturer to cough up two thirds of the repair costs thereof.

I recently went to Elmside as I was looking for a Skoda Roomster TDI. I was shown one that was 4 years old by Alli Cox. We took it for a test drive, I was sold as it was alot smoother and economical than the Passat I have. Finance was arranged when we went out and a result was waiting when we got back (20 mins) The service was second to none every one was happy not like some PLC owned garages I've been too and I stood chatting to everyone from service to the Tech (Gary) for an hour and a half after I was supposed to be finished! Elmside is a good old fashioned no B/S... Garage ...110% happy worth a visit!
