The car went in to limp mode, a problem that I have read on the internet that is a regular issue. The garage ran a diagnostic on the car and wanted to flag up issues with small defects rather than dealing with the problem that I brought the car in for! They were very inexperienced and could not express an opinion on what might be wrong. Kept looking at a screen and saying that they couldn't pinpoint the problem. They didn't manage to diagnose it, they charged me a small fortune for incompetence and subsequently I have had to scrap the car because it became effectively unsalable with that problem. I cannot begin to express how dissatisfied I was with them and happily tell friends not to go anywhere near them.
