Bought a Fabia for daughters first car, told brakes, tyres etc would be sorted when came to pick up. Just had first MOT and service by another garage to be told front brakes had 20% left on pads after 500 miles from purchase, no mention on MOT from Derek Slack. 3 Garages I’ve asked all said they would have mentioned it. Not so much the cost that annoying but the safety issue. Sent email to them and no reply. If they keep on delaying the fixes to the car so you don’t have time to get independently checked be aware.

I was recently introduced to this garage and am pleased and impressed with the way my original enquiry, followed by an order for a new Skoda, has been handled. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
