Dennis Road Motors, East Molesey

Extremely upset with this garage, they failed MOT, told me I needed a new catalytic convertor, told me to wait while they searched for a part. No one called me to tell me they couldn't fine the part, and I had to chase up and call them multiple times. The receptionist is rude, unhelpful and slags off customers to other staff which I overheard in the waiting room. In the end I found the part but they wouldn't assist me in checking if it was the correct size before I ordered it online. The worst garage I have ever used, and the receptionist definitely needs training in customer service.

What a gem we have found here. Haven’t used it before but will certainly use for all future works.

My old Volvo's engine brok down almost terminally but Mike and his mechanics had her up and running better than ever at a very reasonable cost. Excellent diagnostics, great effort made to save costs and wonderful final result.

I've used other garages in Molesey and the service has been suspect (including one garage which forgot to reconnect the fuel pump!). Dennis Road are def the best.

A real garage that knows it's stuff. No poncy waiting room, croissants or lattes. Real mechanics that fix cars. I have used them for years.

I have used this garage on many occasions and they have been extremely helpful, courteous and flexible. They have never ripped me off or cut corners and have always shown kindness and consideration towards me and my family.

I've been going to Dennis Road Motors for a year, I just happened to pick them out of the phone book but have since found friends who use them too. I had a long-standing problem with my car that other garages hadn't fixed, they sorted it out in a few hours. Another unrelated problem cropped up which they examined and for which they gave me a detailed technical analysis and a breakdown of likely costs - I subsequently got the work done and it was exactly as they proposed. Their labour charge is very reasonable, I'm very happy with them, will continue to use them.
