Dees Of Croydon

Very poor services department. Put my car in for a full service only to find the wheel locking nut returned split into 2 parts. It had been flagged on the service but the girl on the desk said it was "worn and could do with replacing". I am afraid unusable is a better description. I always check this item before putting my car into the garage because I have had the phone call saying we can't find it so no work will be done. Apparently, according to their Head of Services, this could not have been damaged by Dees as they only use the master set they own to remove all vehicles wheels. Not a policy I have come across ever before.

This review is based on price only and they deliver at a very reasonable price. The price is almost as good as other reputable independent garage.
