DDR Surrey, Ashstead

Started using DDR last year, now two years in and I can only heap praise on Dan and his workforce, Dan a man after my own heart, his word is his bond and nothing is too much, great service, highly recommended.

Yet again DDR has provided first class service. Yesterday at short notice I phoned to arrange a battery replacement fo my Mercedes CLK The reception to my request was very professional, I was phone back with 10 minutes, with a price and a time to fit. Today i had it fitted From the original call to DDR to the completed task DDR deserves full credit, its great to have my car back on the road. Dan and his team are a credit to the great name of Mercedes Benz When you have a Mercedes you want first class service DDR supply it in bucket loads

I've used Mercedes Benz main dealers in the past & usually after a hefty bill for diagnostic’s & ‘repairs’, the same faults shortly returned to the car e.g. dodgy indicators, brake sensors etc…. Dan though at DDR Surrey is something else. He is the Mercedes repair man – I’ve called upon his services twice over the last 2 years & on each occasion he has been open & honest & repaired any faults fully (no gremlins reoccurring) explaining fully the bills for parts & labour– his service & honesty is the reason I travel to him rather than my local garage(s). I am always worried that I’ll be ripped off by garages but meeting Dan has been a blessing ! If you need a service, Repair or MOTs, look no further than Dan - He knows these cars inside out & all their little faults/gremlins & will only fit genuine Mercedes Parts. Happy customer – ABSOLUTELY ! Will I return – ABSOLUTELY !

I took my SLK to DDR for a 'B' service, and at the same time asked them to see if they could lessen the creaking coming from the plastic lid in the boot. The car was ready when they said it would be - no niggles on the servicing - and no creaks coming from the boot anymore (fantastic!). The paper copy of the service report wouldn't print out, so Dan said he'd post it on once he'd re-booted the computer, and that arrived two days later with no chasing. Sadly, it's rare that your expectations are met - you always expect some problem - but DDR was brilliant and I'd wholeheartedly recommend them.

I have dealt with Dan at DDR for over 2 years and he services my E240 saloon and my old E320 cabriolet. He picks up my car and drops it back saving me time. He will call you and advise what needs doing or needs not. I cannot make a complaint about his garage and would recommend him to anyone in the Epsom area for Mercedes Servicing. A lot lot cheaper that Mercedes in Kiln Lane

I was recommended DDR Surrey by a friend so i booked with them when my Mercedes SLK was due for its service. I was not disappointed. Dan at DDR Surrey is a true professional and did a great job. The best part about the experience was that at no point did i worry about my baby, Dan looked after it as if it was his own car. Top experience. Cheers DDR!
