Inchcape Volkswagen Chester

I have a 2007 (57 Reg) VW Passat 2.0 TDI and have used Danes of Chester for servicing and MOTs. The staff are friendly and their rates are very reasonable. Before the car is returned after a service or MOT it is cleaned inside and out. Recently I had a dipped headlight bulb failure and they arranged for me to bring in the car, a mechanic removed the bulb, I bought a replacement which was then fitted and headlights checked for alignment - all this done with no charge apart from the cost of the halogen bulb to me.

Reader alerted to ABS/ESP module fault on 6 year old VW Touran, bought new from Danes. Danes applied to VW for goodwill payment, got it, and the result was that the reader did not have to pay.
