Dishonest people and totally rude. Just run and find another garage.

I took my Focus for a repairs: indicator stalk; leaking water at rear light. I took it there in the morning and they said I will get it back by 12. No call from them so I pop in there at 5pm. The receptionist told me it was all done. However, my car was parked at the same space as it was in the morning. Upon checking the car, nothing has been done! So I had to come back the next day. After the stalk was done, they claim the rear light needs a new lens to prevent water from dripping. Luckily, an older mechanic heard my conversation and come out and fixed the problem. After making a complaint, the manager called me, but no service recovery was offered. I have been used to Japanese cars so find this level of service unacceptable.
