Cranborne Garage, Potters Bar

Arrived at South Mimms services,on a Friday early afternoon,service light and warning light on (Large Spanner symbol).Advised to seek help,daughter phoned Cranborne garage,lady could not be more pleasant and helpful,good directions but industrial estate a nightmare,mobile signal rubbish,in the end she appeared and guided us to garage.Young lady mechanic started diagnostics,could not find solution,senior ma!e mechanic then did same, all ok,reset all and warning symbol disappeared......Seems it was related to services light.After plenty of banter and laughs asked how much told it was no charge, what a superb service from this garage,a big big thank you and a massive 10 out of 10 for your excellent customer service and staff response.Highly recommend this garage,thank you once again....... service given by this garage,puts most big garages to shame,

I have been using this garage for many years and have always receive a good service and have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody. The staff including the proprietor Dave have always been polite,helpful and invariably gone the extra mile. Both the standard of work and value for money are always good. My wife and our two young children had a puncture and went to the garage without a prior appointment as an emergency as one of the yres was losing air. It speaks volumes and is indicative of the good service we have experienced that the garage were able to fit us in and replaced two tyres and as regular customers did not charge us anything for time or labour.
