Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had 3 warning lights come up on my jeep. They diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem at a cost of £570. However, problem not fixed - warning lights still came on the very next day. So had to take it back. Turns out they had caused another problem due to their shoddy workmanship. They fixed this. However, problem still not fixed - lights still on the next day. Took it back a third time. They now said there was something else wrong and would cost me a further £300 just to find the fault, never mind how much it would cost to put right. This problem had not come up on the initial diagnostic test but had come up when I took it back the second time (they hadn't told me - only found out when I asked for a copy of the 2nd diagnostic test) and so this clearly was something else they caused when they did the original work. However, they wouldn't accept this (they really expect me to believe the same 3 warning lights came on and this was a totally different issue when I have never had a problem with these lights before) and expected me to pay. I became angry at this point - who wouldn't! I never shouted, swore or was rude to them, but was firm and let them know I wasnt happy. In a nutshell - They became very rude, lied to me, got extremely personal and sexist and then refused to put the problem right. I should have taken my husband as they wouldn't have dreamed of talking to me like that had he been there. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely despicable people. Take your car there at your own risk. You have been warned. I have no doubt they will respond to this review by calling me a liar or by trying to justify their actions as they have done for past reviews but please dont be fooled. I have 'never' encountered such despicable people - their attitude stunk from the minute I called to say they hadn't fixed the problem!!! Will 'never' use them again! I will now have to take my car elsewhere to fix this latest problem that they clearly caused. I 'will be' suing them for the cost of these repairs!

I stuck with Geoff and the guys after 'Course and Beacham' - who I had used for many years changed hands/dealership etc. I think anyone brave enough to try and rebuild a business almost from scratch needs some faith and support. My faith was not unrewarded and I have had good experiences since. No garage is perfect - but whenever slips happen Geoff and guys do all they can to put it right ASAP. The most recent 'project' was where my radiator disintegrated - and I was squeezed in at a day's notice for what turned out to be nearly a day's work. Most grateful - and sitting in the sun for a short while playing with 'Course Beacham Dog' was also very theraputic (I was early - they were not late). Keep up the good work all! Steve

I went to this garage recently as I was having difficulties with my Jeep. A couple of other garages couldnt help me as they didnt have the correct equiptment and I was advised to try Course-Beacham. Not only did they diagnose the problem but they fixed the fault in great time and at a fraction of the cost that I was expecting. They also gave my Jeep a thorough check over whilst it was there and gave me a detailed inspection list, happy to say there were no unexpected suprises - but, I thought, a great example to the service that they offer! All the lads there were helpful and friendly and I will definately be using this as my garage of choice now I know where they are!

I have now been using this Garage for over the last 5 months ever since I was having issues with my Dodge, being the only Dodge Specialist in my area (Southampton/Portsmouth) at the time I took my car to Course Beacham and they worked around the clock at very short notice to diagnose my problem and then repair it. The service is second to none, the rates are excellent, the staff are highly trained and competant and you get to see everything they do. They took me into the workshop showed me the old parts being taken out and then the new parts going in giving me peace of mind that the garage I had taken my car too were honest and had the integrity that is usually deemed non existent in the automotive repair industry. Highly recommended and my garage of choice.
