"very poor customer service"

In early October 2011 I test drove a secondhand Tuscon at this main Hyundai dealership.I had placed a deposit of £100 to secure the vehicle for test drive. On the day of the test drive I informed the salesperson that I would not be purchasing the vehicle. I was assured my deposit would be returned to my account. This was on the 6th October. Since this date I have made half a dozen calls to the dealership and three e mails. I have yet to receive a reply to any e mail. I have been promised return calls from both the original salesperson and the sales manager. Needles to say no calls returned. I have been told by three staff members that the money will be refunded. On the 28th of November I contacted Hyundai UK. They called me back within an hour and have now assured me that the dealership will refund my money immediately. I would not recommend anyone use this garage if this is typical of their customer service. As of the 29th November I am still awaiting confirmation that the monies have been refunded.
